REFUND
Customer satisfaction is our primary concern and below is our policy concerning refunds and reshipments.

If customer doesn't receive the product within 28 days from the date of shipment, buymeglasses.com will refund 100% of the amount paid without deducting any charges.

Alternatively at customer's choice, buymeglasses.com will replace the delayed or lost shipment, will re-deliver or re-ship the product to the Customer at no additional cost.

buymeglasses.com is not liable for any damage to the Customer due to delay in shipment or failure of the product to arrive within 28 days.

If your order is delivered, but you are not at home, some postal services will leave you a note to pick up the package at the post office. If this occurs, it is important to pick up your package within 1 week's time, because the post office may return the package back to us if it is not claimed within this time period. If a package is returned to us, we will reship it back to you after we receive it, with additional shipping charge.

Refunds on Discount Items
If an order consists of two items of the same price, before discount, and a refund is required on one of the items, then the refund amount will be half way between full and discount price. For variations of this, the refund will be adjusted accordingly, depended on the probability of the refunded item(s) as being a discount item.
